29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control box(es) were not clearly marked for identification of functions:  A.)  Erie Plating Company, 656 West 12th Street, Erie, PA  16501, anodizing area, on or about April 27, 2017 and times prior thereto:  Seven of the eight buttons on the pendant control box for a one half-ton overhead crane were not labeled to identify their function.   Erie Plating Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 963967, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 8, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 656 West 12th Street, Erie, PA  16501.
