The employee would pull a long length of lanyard out when working on the end hatch, which would allow the employee to hit the ground if he fell off the car, reported on or about 2-20-14. Both forklift trucks did not have their horns in these locations when they were manufactured, observed on or about 2-20-14.     Abatement Certification Required
