On or about February 10, 2014, an employee setting trusses was not protected from a 9 feet fall hazard from the top plate to the breezeway.    b.  On or about March 10, 2014, two employees were hammering in nails on Building 5 and were not protected from a 29 feet fall hazard from the top plate to the ground.
