29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about October 25, 2014 and at times prior thereto, on top of a wood-framed residential building under construction located at 1200 Brockwood Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas on the west side of the structure, the employer did not prevent its subcontractors from fall exposures during roofing activities. Framers performing roofing activities were walking back and forth across the ridge of the roof without any form of fall protection systems in place. This practice exposed the framers to fall hazards of at least 10 feet to the next lower level.
