29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(ii): Discarded filter pads and filter rolls were not immediately removed to a safe, well-detached location or placed in a water-filled metal container and disposed of at the close of the day's operation when not maintained complete:  a)  Gel Coat Spray Booth - On or about April 8, 2014, filters that had been removed from the spray booth and had an accumulation of combustible material (from use of category 3 flammable liquids) and were stored in drums and boxes next to the paint booth rather than immediate disposal.

29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary:   a)  Gel Coat Spray Booth - On or about April 8, 2014, there was accumulation of combustible material on the walls and floor.  Category 3 Flammable Liquids, including but not limited to, HK Research Gel Coat (Flashpoint 87-95 degrees F, Boiling Point 293 degrees F) and CCP Composites Gel Coat (Flashpoint 89.6 degrees F, Boiling Point 293 degrees F) are used in the booth.    b)  Texture Spray Booth - On or about April 8, 2014, there was accumulation of combustible material on the walls and floor.  Category 3 Flammable Liquids, including but not limited to, CCP Composites Air Dry (Flashpoint 89.6 degrees F, Boiling Point 293 degrees F).  A Category 2 Flammable Liquid is also used in the booth, CCP Composites Pro-Clear (Flashpoint 21.2 degrees F, Boiling Point 293 degrees F).
