29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:      a)  Texture Spray Booth - On or about 11/24/14, the areas around the Spray Booth (Brand: Standard Tools & Equipment Spray Booth) were not accessible.  Category 2 and 3 Flammable Liquids were in use, including but not limited to, CCP Composites Air Dry and CCP Composites Pro-Clear.      BFG International USA, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966939, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 08/28/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 29 Distribution Way suite 101, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.

29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary:      a)  Gel Coat Spray Booth - On or about 11/24/14, there was accumulation of combustible material on the walls and floor.  Category 3 Flammable Liquids were in use, including but not limited to, HK Research Gel Coat (Flashpoint 87-95 degrees F, Boiling Point 293 degrees F) and CCP Composites Gel Coat (Flashpoint 89.6 degrees F, Boiling Point 293 degrees F).          BFG International USA, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966939, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 08/28/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 29 Distribution Way suite 101, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
