29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about March 25, 2014, at the above addressed job site, an employee was working  on the overhang of the building under construction, without the use of fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of up to approximately 12 feet.  The Honors Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316417963, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/24/2012, with respect to a workplace located at West Swan Ave and Henderson Blvd. Tampa, FL. 33609.
