The Honors Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 974320, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/24/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6770 Forest Hills Blvd. Greenacres, FL. 33413.  The Honors Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316417963, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/24/2012, with respect to a workplace located at West Swan Ave and Henderson Blvd. Tampa, FL. 33609.
