29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c):  (a) Jobsite- Boggs Hollow Road, Greensburg, PA: On or about August 4, 2014, an employee was working inside an excavation approximately 8 feet in depth to apply SP2888 coating on a gas line without proper cave-in protection.
