29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  100 Brabham Drive, Enterprise, AL - New Hotel Construction (Fairfield Inn & Suites):  On or about March 18, 2015, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of up to 40.5 feet from the fourth floor to the ground below, in that employees were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
