29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     (a) Roof, new residential construction located on Lot #155 Still Pine Bend, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet to the lower level while engaged in plywood sheathing activities on a 6/12 pitched roof with no fall protection system in place.    Chico Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982629, citation number1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/08/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2062 Stonewater Creek Road, Lot #11a.
