Chico Construction, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1127283, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #155 Still Pine Bend, Smyrna, GA 30080.    Chico Construction, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982629, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/08/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2062 Stonewater Creek Road, Lot #11a.
