At the site located at 3235 Nature Circle Sarasota , employees were exposed to a struck by hazard from nail guns, loads of shingles, buckets of tar, and other tools, in that, no head protection was worn while working on the eave of the first story below, on or about 11/17/2016.

At the site located at 3235 Nature Circle, Sarasota, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard, in that, no eye protection was worn while installing shingles with nail guns, on or about 11/17/2016.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. At the site located at 3235 Nature Circle Sarasota, employees were exposed to a 30 foot fall hazard, in that, no fall protection was used while replacing a roof with a 6/12 pitch, on or about 11/17/2016.   The company Total Roof Services Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number1123982, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/02/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5186/5184 Millenia Blvd. Orlando, FL 32839
