29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) On or about 07/09/2018, at the jobsite, employees doing roofing work on the club house were exposed to fall hazards of 34 feet while working on a 5:12 pitch roof. No fall protection was being used.    Total Roof Services Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1192364, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/28/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3235 Nature Circle, Sarasota, FL 34235.    Total Roof Services Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1123982, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/02/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5186/5184 Millenia Blvd. Orlando, FL 32839.
