29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on February 16, 2017, when employees are working on a residential roof at 320 Rivelo Blvd, Dayton Beach, FL 32117 are not protected from falling up to 8 feet to the ground below, by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type of fall protection method.     Bert Faircloth Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1144097, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3356 Newbliss Court, Ormond Beach, FL 32173.    Bert Faircloth Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133294, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1409 Wildrose Lane, Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
