Employees engaged in structural steel decking activities were observed walking at the decking edge and across the steel trusses without the use of fall protection.      Violation observed on or about April 28, 2017    Portuguese Structural Steel, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1078921, citation number 2, item number 2and was affirmed as a final order on July 20, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 600 Route 23 South, On the Decking, Pequannock, NJ.
