29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3):  Each connector working at heights over 15 and up to 30 feet above a lower level, was not provided with a personal fall arrest system, positioning device system or fall restraint system and wear the equipment necessary to be able to be tied off; or was not provided with other means of protection from fall hazards in accordance with paragraph (a)(1) of this section:      a) 1312 Adams St., Hoboken, NJ      Ironworker involved in connecting activities was exposed to falls of over 15 feet to the ground below as he did not wear a full body harness and lanyard        Violation occurred on or about 04/19/2017.      The Portuguese Structural Steel, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1078921, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2016 with respect to a workplace located at600 Route 23 South, Pequannock, NJ.
