29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) Jobsite: On or about 5/31/2017, there was no strain relief on a flexible cord which was located on a scissor lift on the jobsite. Wires were exposed at the base of the control module exposing employees to electrical hazards.
