29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Building A - On or about September 4, 2020 and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while framing the second floor of the building without the use of fall protection. The employee was walking/working along the edge of the unprotected second floor, wearing a harness, but not tied off to an anchor point. b) Building A - On or about September 4, 2020 and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while framing the second floor of the building using an inadequate anchor point location which would not limit his fall to less than 6'. The employee was working from the second floor with his self-retracting lanyard anchored below the floors steel support beam. c) Building A - On or about September 4, 2020 and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while framing the second floor of the building using an inadequate anchor point location which would not limit his fall to less than 6'. The employee was working from the second floor with his self-retracting lanyard anchored to the aerial lift located below the floor.
