29 CFR 1926.502(g)(2)(i): The controlled access zone was not defined by a control line erected not less than 10 feet (3.1 m) nor more than 15 feet (4.5 m) from the working edge.  a) On July 20, 2017, employees performing masonry work on the fourth floor of a building under construction were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 32 feet.  There was no defined control line erected in accordance with the requirements of this standard.
