29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Weld Prep Department south crawl line - On April 16, 2018, the employer an employee was exposed employees to nip points crushed by hazards in that the employer did not have an effective guarding in place to ensure employees working were protected from pipes that were rolled onto the deck.
