29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Berkshire Woods, Sullivan Way, Marlton, NJ: On or about 4/24/2018 a Best Quality Construction employee was walking the third floor exterior wall top plates while installing fire partitions.  The  employee was not using any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
