29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a) Santa Lucia Ranger District Warehouse Fire Prevention Storage Room: Employees were exposed to struck by and fire hazards from lack of access to the circuit breaker panelboard.  The panelboard and surrounding area was blocked by a storage shelf and stored materials.  b) Santa Lucia Ranger District Warehouse Loft near Gym:  Employees were exposed to fire hazards from lack of access to the circuit breaker panelboard.  The panelboard and surrounding area was blocked by stored materials.  United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1056737, citation number 1, item number 8 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/15/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 444 E Bonita Ave., San Dimas, CA 91773.  United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982190, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3729835 Valyermo Rd., Valyermo, CA 93563.
