29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i):Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface: Shop mezzanine: Employees accessed the space to use the fitness equipment that was stored up there. The guardrail at the top of the landing had a midrail 22 inches above the landing where the top rail measured 38 inches above. Employees were exposed to four-foot fall hazards to the lower level.
