The employee was exposed to eye irritation.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The respiratory protection program was not updated as necessary to reflect those changes in workplace conditions that affected respirator use:  Santa Lucia Ranger Station: Employees wearing SCBAs conducting firefighting tasks and voluntary use of N95 respirators while cleaning outside ranger station without employer updating written respiratory protection program specific to tasks assigned at this ranger station. Employees exposed to inhalation hazards.
