29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered.  Orion Drilling Rig Leo 11: Outdoor receptacles did not have covers and were not protected from weather, this condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
