29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section:  a)  Worksite,  2 Lincoln Avenue, Lake Hiawatha, NJ  Employees used Makita angle grinders to dry cut granite for wall corner, window installation and to grind slots for cladding.  The employer did not assess worker exposure to respirable crystalline silica liberating during dry cutting operations.    Violation occurred on or about March 11, 2019  Best Granite and Marble LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1353088 , citation number 1 , item number 2a,  and was affirmed as a final order on January 7, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2 Lincoln Avenue, Lake Hiawatha, NJ .
