29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Residential property at 210 Meadow Ct, in Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, at the front (North) side of the building: Employees were exposed to fall hazards when they performed roofing operations where the eve height was approximately 15 feet and the employees did not use any means of fall protection, which occurred on or about 4/1/19.  b) Residential property at 210 Meadow Ct, in Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, at the front (North) side of the building: Employees were exposed to fall hazards when they performed framing operations inside the building from a fiberglass A-frame ladder that was set immediately adjacent to an opening with the floor being approximately 10 feet above the basement level and the employees did not use any means of fall protection, which occurred on or about 4/1/19.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a) Residential property at 210 Meadow Ct, in Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, at the front (North) side of the building: Employees were exposed to fall hazards when they accessed the upper surface with a portable aluminum extension ladder which did not extended at least 3 feet above the upper surface, which occurred on or about 4/1/19.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
