Dirt Dept.:    1) Chain conveyor and sprocket wheel pinchpoints of the 2 oz. boxer machine were not guarded.      2) The side guards of the thermoformer machine were not in place. The exit side of the thermoformer was not guarded.     The Plantation Products Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard,  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1177966, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 202 South Washington Street, Norton, Massachusetts 02766.
