29 CFR 1910.106(f)(3)(iv)(a): Bonding facilities for protection against static sparks were not provided, where Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C) were used:    Linden Bulk Transportation/Linden, NJ- Wash Bay Area: Employer failed to provide bonding and grounding for protection against static electricity during tasks such as but not limited to washing cargo containers. A sudden release of pressure generated while tank containing Methylcyclohexane was being washed, resulted in a small explosion.    Condition occurred on or about October 2, 2019.
