29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.    In the mezzanine area, an extension cord was wrapped around a metal handrail, which was used as permanent wiring to energize a Uline floor fan exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
