29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible.  In the receiving and shipping department, the employer did not ensure the employees had clear access to the fire extinguishers at all times, exposing employees to fire hazards where:   a) On January 30, 2023, a fire extinguisher near the trash compactor was being blocked daily by a garbage can and other loading material at the dock, and  b) On January 30, 2023, in the return section at the northwest side located near the door, the fire extinguisher was blocked by a red cart and other material.
