29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed.  On or about January 30, 2023, and times prior thereto, the path to the exit doors were blocked by material exposing employees to entrapment and fire hazards where:  a)  On the northwest side of the warehouse, the right side exit door was blocked by a red cart and a box, and b) On the northwest side of the warehouse, the left side exit door was blocked by cleaning supplies and a pallet of material.
