A-Frame Ladder in the closed position to install plywood on the south side of the house; on or about 8/21/2021.      The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19

A-Frame Ladder  to install plywood on the south side of a residential home was not provided with ladder training ; on or about 8/21/2021  Note: The employer is required to provide abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
