29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) Big Time Contractors Incorporated as the exposing employer is failing to ensure that its employees are protected from fall hazards during residential framing activities.  This violation was  recently observed on April 30, 2022 at 1455 Barnstead Dr. Castle Pines CO 80108 while framing a residential building at heights greater than 12 feet without the benefit of  fall protection systems.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed:   (a) On or about April 30, 2022, the employer did not ensure that ladders were used for the purposes for which they were designed. Employees of Big Time Contractors Incorporated were exposed to fall hazards greater than 8 feet while using a Werner A-Frame ladder folded leaning against a wall.
