29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:   (a) On or about July 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure that eye and face protection were used by employees when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury. Employees of Big Time Contractors Incorporated were observed using a pneumatic nail gun without the benefit of eye/face protective equipment.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) On or about July 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure that each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees of Big Time Contractors Incorporated were exposed to fall hazards greater than 14 feet, while engaged in residential framing activities. Employees were not using fall protection equipment.      Big Time Contractors Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1592929, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1455 Barnstead Dr. Castle Pines, CO 80108.  Big Time Contractors Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1592935, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1695 Stableview Dr. Castle Pines, CO 80108.  Big Time Contractors Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1590166, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 15642 W Eureka Ave. Morrison, CO 80465.
