29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a) On or about June 18, 2022 Big Time Contractors Incorporated, as the controlling employer, did not initiate and maintain an effective program to include frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person of the job site, materials, and equipment. Employees of Mendiola Framing, LLC., a subcontractor, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 18 feet while conducting framing activities in a residential building without the benefit of fall protection systems.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
