29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a) Warehouse- 1200 County Rd 523, FLEMINGTON, NJ 08822   Wall-mounted emergency eyewash stations were provided at the east & west ends of area of the warehouse where electric forklifts are charged and maintained and employee(s) are exposed to corrosive battery acid during replenishment water and/or electrolyte to battery cells; however the dual 500mL bottles in the east eyewash station were empty and access to the other dual-bottle station at the west end was blocked by stored merchandise.  **Note: Neither emergency eyewashes were of necessary volume capacity for delivering not less than 0.4 gallons (1.5L) of clean water per minute continuously for at least 15 minutes, as recommended in American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard Z358.1.  Condition(s) were noted on or about 9/22/2022
