No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2):Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": (a) Franklin Storage, LP. 900 Kriner Road Chambersburg, PA - Warehouse - On or about February 2, 2023 the emergency exit sign was missing from door 13 leading from the warehouse through the employee breakroom to the breakroom exterior exit. Employees were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards due to the emergency lighting not being in working order. No abatement certification or documentation required.
