The employer did not develop, implement, or maintain a workplace written hazard communication program therefore exposing employees to hazardous chemicals, on or about February 2, 2023. b)Franklin Storage, L.P., 900 Kriner Road, Chambersburg, PA - Company Wide - Employees were using chemicals including, but not limited to, petroleum-based products during maintenance activities. The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet(s); therefore, exposing employees to chemical hazards, on or about February 2, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
