29 CFR  1910.1450(f)(4)(i)(C): Employee training did not include the measures employees could take to protect themselves from the physical and health hazards of chemicals in the work area, including specific procedures implemented to protect employees from hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used:  (a) Fuel Laboratory W-388: On 4/19/23, and time prior thereto, employees were exposed to fuel vapors due to an inadequate understanding and implementation of the work practices for proper use of the laboratory hoods.
