Winter Gardens Quality Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556141, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 304 Commerce Street, New Oxford, PA 17350.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date.
