29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a- Rear of Structure, 5 Charlotte Court, Marlton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 17 feet 8 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working at and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor while not using fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 01/11/24.  b- Front of Structure, 5 Charlotte Court, Marlton NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet 3 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working at and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor jut out opening while not using fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 01/11/24.  c- Rear of Structure, 5 Charlotte Court, Marlton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 17 feet 8 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working at and near an exterior wall frame's unprotected opening while not using fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 01/11/24.   America First Contractors, LLC. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643491, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/24/23, with respect to a workplace located at 17 Nelson's Way, Westampton NJ.
