29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied:  a) Longfield Lane Blue Bell, PA 19422 - On or about February 13, 2025, employees occupied a wooden job-made box to access an elevated level while the platform was not adequately attached to the forks. Employees occupied the platform while it was in movement.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a) Longfield Lane Blue Bell, PA 19422 - On or about February 13, 2025, an employee performing residential roofing activities was not protected from falling approximately 20 feet to the level below.  The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1720813, citation 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 15, 2024, Charlotte Court, Marlton NJ 08053.  The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1702334, citation 1, item number 1, and was affirmed a final order on February 7, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Charlotte Court, Marlton NJ 08053.  The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643491, Citation 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Nelson's Way, Westampton, NJ 08060.  The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572369, citation 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Maple Avenue Harleysville, PA 19438.
