29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  Worksite located at 151 N. Stewart Road, Liberty, Missouri- Employee was not protecting his eyes when he was observed using a hand held grinder used to cut metal studs and was not wearing any means of eye or face protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Worksite located at 151 N. Stewart Road, Liberty, Missouri- Employees working on the 3rd level of the building were exposed to fall hazards and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
