29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) New construction on Lot #72 at Greyton Springs Subdivision, Buford, GA 30519, Garage: On or about 2/6/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating these tools at 140 PSI while engaged in framing activities.
