OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards from the Hydraulic Lifts not being inspected and properly maintained:  a) Lift 1 - On and prior to February 14, 2025, employees were operating the automotive hydraulic lift no. 1, (Rotary, Model: SPOA7N6X0, 7,000 lb capacity), that was not inspected since 8/17/23.  b)Lift 2 - On and prior to February 14, 2025, employees were operating the automotive hydraulic lift no. 2, (Rotary, Model: SPO10N700, 10,000 lb capacity), that was not inspected since 8/17/23.  Lift 2 had a work order indicating that it did not lower smoothly and stops and stutters on its way down.  c) Lift 3 - On and prior to February 14, 2025, employees were operating the automotive hydraulic lift no. 3, (Rotary, Model: SPOA10N1500, 10,000 lb capacity), that did not have any sticker indicating it's last inspection.  d) Lift 4 - On and prior to February 14, 2025, employees were operating the automotive hydraulic lift no. 4, (Rotary, Model: S10IN700, 10,000 lb capacity), that was not inspected since 8/17/23.  Lift 4   was indicated to stutter when it goes up with a car.  e) Lift 5 - On and prior to February 14, 2025, employees were operating the automotive hydraulic lift no. 5, (Rotary, Model: S12IN7T0, 12,000 lb capacity), that was not inspected since 8/17/23.  f) Lift 7 JohnBean Alignment Lift - On and prior to February 14, 2025, employees were operating the JohnBean Lift, (Serial No. SLS12RZCN4342, 12,000 lb capacity), that did not have a sticker indicating it's last inspection. The lift was not kept in good repair with the control panel for the lift being operated with the safety release button missing.
