Mavis Tire Supply LLC DBA Mavis Discount Tire, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1538799, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/27/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3280 Sheridan Drive, Amherst, NY, 14226.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. 29 CFR  1910.253(b)(4)(i): Oxygen cylinders were stored near highly combustible material, especially oil and grease; or near reserve stocks of carbide and acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders, or near other substance likely to cause or accelerate fire;    a) Tire Shop:  Oxygen Cylinders were not separated from acetylene cylinders by a minimum distance of 20 feet, or barrier. The cylinders were stored 64 inches apart, and shared a chain.  There was 1 Oxygen and 2 Acetylene cylinders that were stored together. Observed on or about 6/25/25.
