29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) Jobsite: 1900 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Philadelphia - On or about 5/27/2025, the employer did not ensure employees traversing through a path located approximately 6-8 feet from unprotected roof edges, approximately 230 feet above ground level,  were protected from falling by the use of a fall protection system.  The employees used the path to get to their work area near the center of the roof to set up the rigging equipment for a suspension scaffold.
