29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Worksite was located at Gourmet Glatt Kosher, Bennetts Mills Plaza; 2275 W County Line Road, Jackson, NJ 08527 Two workers were exposed to fall and health hazards while working on the building's upper exterior wall elevation as they were not trained by their employer in fall protection, global harmonization and personal protective equipment to do the work. Violation occurred on or about December 10, 2025. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Violation occurred on or about December 10, 2025. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM.
